It sounds selfish to take time for yourself and you may be even thinking that it’s a waste of time. We seem to put self-love in the back seat and think of it as something we will do someday, when we have time.
But let’s be honest, the time never comes!
We are programmed to think that we need to be producing to be more productive. We need to be producing in order to have any value in this world, but that’s completely wrong.
Why is self-love important?
You are a valued soul that needs love and care and to be honest, I actually produce more when I take time for myself and wellbeing.
I’m more creative. I understand myself more and in return I understand others better.
My relationships have been greatly impacted, but more importantly, the relationship I have with myself has completely changed.
My mind, body and soul are connected and it’s one of the greatest feelings I’ve ever experienced. I love myself 100% with flaws and all.
